Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose?
Go by weight: S for cats and small dogs (2.5-7.5 kg), M from 6 to 15 kg and L from 13 to 35 kg. If they are between sizes, choose the larger one.
Which hairdryer do I use?
A handheld hairdryer: the nozzle goes into the elastic opening. Use warm or cool air, never the hottest setting.
What if they won't keep still?
Build it up slowly: first the bag on its own, then with the dryer off, then on. Reward each step and start with short sessions.
How long does delivery take?
Between 5 and 14 working days. Prices include VAT and import costs: nothing to pay on delivery.
