Refund policy
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You can withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product (or the last product, if they arrive in separate parcels).
To do so, email us at mteno10@gmail.com with your name, order number and the products you want to return. You can use the withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory.
How to return the product
- We will give you the return address. You have 14 days from notifying us to send it.
- Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered.
- Return it in good condition, with its accessories and, if possible, in its packaging. If the product shows more use than needed to check its nature and how it works, we may deduct that depreciation.
Refund
We refund the amount paid, including the initial standard shipping, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it back.
Exceptions
Custom portraits are made from your photo and to your specifications, so they are not subject to withdrawal (art. 103 c of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU), unless faulty or due to our error.
Faulty products and warranty
If a product arrives broken, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to mteno10@gmail.com with a photo within a reasonable time after delivery: we will repair it, replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity: 3 years in Spain and whatever your country's law establishes in the rest of the EU (at least 2 years).
